Pouchet holds academic training in psychology and philosophy, along with a Diploma in Sound and Music Therapy. For more than three decades, he has maintained a private therapeutic counselling practice, specializing in approaches that engage deep psychological and imaginal processes. His work incorporates modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Holographic Memory Resolution®. This long-standing therapeutic work informs his exploration of the Imaginal as a living dimension of human consciousness with significant implications for healing, creativity, and psychological transformation.
