Required Elements for Navigating Evolutionary Times

I. Foundations
In week 1 you are introduced to the foundational concepts that will be explored in depth throughout the program.

NEURO-ENERGETIC SPACE
The brain and nervous system is viewed from a functional perspective of being capable of projecting itself into the space surrounding the body. This projection manifests as an electro-magnetic energy and information field. We call this the Neuro-Energetic Bio Field. Information and training is provided on how to expand your personal sense of space to include access to the information that this field provides.

PROPRIOCEPTION
Working with a computer device requires the use of an interface, (mouse, keyboard, touchscreen or microphone) to communicate your information and requirements to the hardware and software programs. People have a similar interface mechanism called the Proprioceptive Nervous System. You will receive training on how to engage the PNS to act as an interface between yourself and this Bio Field.

INTEROCEPTION
Our senses gather information from our outer world through perception. Our nervous system gathers information from our inner world through Interoception. Common examples of Interoceptive Nervous System (INS) functions include recognizing our temperature, thirst, hunger, fatigue, happiness and/or anxiety levels. Training to develop our skills in working with the INS opens up deeper potentials for integration of the body and Bio Field.

NEURO PROCESSES
​Each week the attendees will be guided into and through a novel Neuro Process intended to demonstrate how you can apply the week's content in a practical way to your life. This week's neuro process involves learning how to shift conditioned and imprinted beliefs that impede your growth and personal progress.
II. Memory

In week 2 you are introduced to the foundational concepts around memory and explore different ways to process and modify them.
MEMORY WORK
​We experience our memories as an accumulated collection of life experiences that are stored in our body, mind and emotions. Memories can be enjoyable or annoying, ecstatic or traumatic. Pleasant memories provide warmth and good energy. Unpleasant memories are irritants which can range from mildly uncomfortable to overwhelming. The more intense negatively charged memories tend to be hidden, repressed or dismissed from awareness.
This polarized view of memory is useful to develop a working model of how memories are stored in the body. It also provides a methodology for designing changes in the memory field. We can learn ways to shift the polarity content of memories, to lighten and neutralize the emotional reactions connected to those memories and to reclaim the energy that is required to suppress them.

PROJECTIVE IMAGINATION
Working with memories requires an ability to selectively recall the events and experiences contained in the memory in a specific manner in which the neurology uses to encode them in the body. You will be guided in this training to activate your projective imagination to design a 'neural work station' where memories can be reviewed safely without triggering any emotional consequences. We can use this work station to process, modify and complete on any emotional content that is associated with the memory.

MODALITY SHIFTS
The brain and nervous system encode memories in a specific manner. Understanding the nature and design of this neurological encoding provides new opportunities to address the stored content. Modality shifting is one aspect of memory Changework, allowing the mind to explore memories as flexible and changeable rather than fixed and solid. Changework when combined with Framework allows for an opening to the neuro flexibility required for NeuroSovereignty.

NEURO PROCESSES​
Each week the attendees will be guided into and through a novel Neuro Process intended to demonstrate how you can apply the week's content in a practical way to your life. This week's neuro process involves learning how to resolve memories, enhancing positive memories and completing and releasing negative memories that impedes your growth and personal progress.
III. Transformation

In week 3 you are introduced to the foundational concepts around changework, exploring different ways to process and modify conditioned experiences.

CONDITIONING
The brain and nervous when we are young is very impressionable. The young nervous system is growing rapidly and adapts to situations it is presented with in our family and in the world. This adaptive aspect of the neurology can be called conditioning. Conditioning creates our identity, mental and emotional capacities, sense of personal boundaries as well as impacting the choices we make in life.

TRANSFORMATION
Transformative work examines the nature of conditioning with a view that the nervous system is designed for change. Change and adaptability are hard wired in. Through transformative work, stuck patterns and habituated limitations can be safely released, offering an opportunity to make new choices moving forward.

TRANSFORMATIVE PROCESSES
Not all people change in the same way and everyone's conditioning patterns and imprints are unique to themselves. A number of different strategies and transformative processes are shared so a person can choose which process best suits their nature. We will be exploring a variety of transformative processes in depth: Re-Framing , Re-Polarizing, Re-Timing,
Re-Spatializing, and Transmutational Gifting.

BIO-LOCATION
Bio-location is a term used in Neuro Wellness Now for spatial encoding. The brain and nervous system encode memories in a specific manner that can be spatially mapped. Space can be experienced internally, within the body and space can be experienced externally in the bio-energetic field surrounding the body. Understanding the nature of spatial encoding provides new opportunities to address and safely modify any embodied experience.

NEURO PROCESSES​
Each week the attendees will be guided into and through a novel Neuro Process demonstrating how you can apply the week's content in a practical and beneficial way to your life. This week's neuro process involves learning how to use these transformative processes to release core emotional blocks from the physical body.
IV. Family of Origin

In week 4 you are introduced to the foundational concepts around Family of Origin Work, exploring different ways to process and modify conditioned experiences arising from our experience with our parents and family members.

FAMILY OF ORIGIN WORK
The brain and nervous when we are young is very impressionable. The young nervous system is growing and adapting to situations within our family system and in the world. This adaptive aspect of the neurology results in a process of conditioning. Conditioning creates our identity, mental and emotional capacities and establishes our sense of personal boundaries.​ Family of Origin work focusses on examining ways to change conditioned patterning in the nervous system. Stuck patterns and perceived limitations can be released, offering an opportunity break patterns and make new choices moving forward.

INTROJECTION
Inherited family patterns transfer down through the generations in a process called introjection. The transfer of family patterns are typically viewed as a download of genetic or epigentic information from parents to children. Alternatively, this process can be revisioned as an upload, where children actively choose to absorb the family patterning. This upload contains both healthy and not so healthy patterning. In week 4 we examine ways to clear introjections of negative family patterns.

HOLOGRAPHIC REDESIGN
Based on the work of Brent Baum, holographic redesign provides insights into how the nervous system imprints parental coding into the heart. These parental imprints can influence our choices in mates, our range of emotional expression and other heart- centric experiences. Holographic Redesign Processes provide a path to transform and upgrade the introjected heart codes.
