CH: 10 The Embodied Shift

Engagement with the Imaginal is not an abstract or purely philosophical process. It is lived in the body. As consciousness reorganizes, physiology reorganizes with it. The shift into Imaginal dimensional awareness is not something that happens “above” or “beyond” biology. It is reflected directly in breath, in the rhythms of the nervous system, in patterns of neural activity, and in the subtle coordination of perception and feeling.
The body does not resist expanded awareness.
It adapts to it.......
