We live in an age defined by speed, strain, and saturation. Information moves faster than reflection. Events accumulate more quickly than the psyche can assimilate them. The modern individual is exposed to a constant stream of signals—news alerts, economic anxieties, ecological warnings, political conflict, technological disruption, and social comparison—often without any meaningful container in which to process them. The result is not simply stress. It is fragmentation.
